Correspondence chess admin

After generating a tournament with the help of the correspondence chess assistant and calling the first time the correspondence chess admin, a window appears, in which you have to enter the tournament information. Pirat will use this information for all games of the tournament.

Except move proposal you do not need to enter any other inputs to the table. For traditional correspondence games via mail Postmark, day of arrival and day when letter was sent will be enter via a calendar. Same applies for E-mail/Fax-games where arrival-day and time as well the day and time when email/fax was sent is entered via a calendar. Delta-time as well as total time used will be computed automatically.

Example: You need more than ten days for analyzing the next move and you informed your partner. You entered date when you informed your partner in the notification admin. When you finally send your move after more than ten days Pirat will check the notification admin and calculates time used for the last move. In case Pirat doesn’t find any entry in the notification admin, Pirat will double-check this. In case you enter No Pirat will add the penalty of five days according to §13 TO BdF
